after an initial FREE 20 minute introductory consultation - this is a brief assessment of your child’s sleep patterns, needs and current routines, including an investigation into your family approach to parenting. This will enable me to offer some basic sleep settling suggestions - I offer a range of sleep soothing solutions.

following the introductory consultation, you are under no obligation to proceed with any further levels if you find you would prefer not to work with me. I reserve the same right, of course!
